About Quant Screener

Quant Screener is a software platform that applies quantitative screening to the Indian equity market. It reads live exchange data through the trading session and ranks instruments against consistent, mathematical criteria, so that the work of finding what is moving is done by a machine applying the same rules to everything, rather than by a person reading a handful of charts.

It was built because that work is tedious, repetitive and easy to do badly under time pressure. It is sold as a tool, priced as a one-time purchase, and deliberately scoped to stop well short of telling you what to do with what it shows you.

What the platform does

Reads the whole tape, not a watchlist

Thousands of instruments trade across the Indian exchanges every session. Quant Screener works through the full F&O universe and every Nifty 500 cash constituent continuously during market hours, so a move in a name you were not watching still reaches you.

Ranks by rules, not opinion

Every candidate table is produced by the same scoring engine applied uniformly to every instrument. There is no editorial layer, no human picking favourites, and no name that appears because someone wanted it to.

Shows its working as data

Each row carries the numbers it was ranked on, so you can see why a name surfaced and form your own view. The tool sorts and surfaces; the judgement stays with you.

Runs live, through the session

The boards refresh through NSE market hours rather than settling once at the close, which is what makes them usable for intraday work rather than post-mortem review.

What it deliberately does not do

Plenty of products in this category blur these lines. We would rather state them plainly than have you discover them later.

We are not a SEBI-registered adviser

Quant Screener is not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India as an investment adviser or a research analyst, and we do not hold ourselves out as one. Nothing on this platform is investment advice.

We do not give calls or tips on any stock

You will not find a buy, sell or hold recommendation on any stock, a price target for any stock, or any view on what you should do with your positions. A ranked table is not a recommendation, and we are careful never to present it as one. Our reference pages explain widely taught chart patterns as worked examples drawn on illustrative candles; they are educational, and we never apply them to a named stock for you.

We never handle your money or your account

We provide no portfolio management, no account-handling service, and no execution of any kind. Quant Screener has no access to your trading account, your funds or your positions, and never asks for them.

We do not promise returns

Trading in securities carries risk, including the risk of losing your capital. Past behaviour of any instrument is not indicative of future results, and no screening tool changes that.

Coverage

The platform covers the full NSE F&O universe together with every constituent of the Nifty 500, refreshed from the exchange, spanning large caps down through the mid- and small-cap names carried in the index. Boards run live through market hours and hold the closing state outside them, so an evening review sees the session as it finished rather than an empty screen.
